What we collect. If you request the free sample: name, company, and work email, via the form on this site. If you become a subscriber: billing details are collected and processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
What we do with it. Send you the free sample and, if you subscribe, the weekly feed and a short personal note. Nothing else. No resale, no third-party marketing lists, no embedding your details in any product we sell.
What the product itself contains. Laycan's feed is built from public US customs manifest data (19 CFR 103.31) — importer and shipment information that is a matter of public record, independent of anything collected from you as a visitor or subscriber.
Analytics. This site uses privacy-respecting, cookie-free pageview analytics (no personal identifiers, no cross-site tracking) to understand which pages get visited. We do not use invasive tracking pixels or resell browsing behavior.
Your rights. Email us any time to see what we have on file, correct it, or have it deleted. We'll handle it personally, typically within a few days.
